De-stress the obnoxious sleep stress

Good sleep is all about stressing and de-stressing your body. We have an amazing capability of rejuvenating ourselves while to sleep. This is more like an ability to repair yourself being asleep by oneself internally where the weak electric impulses are coiled with the internal electrical system. These impulses are hit from the brain which is used for cell to cell communication.

The main high mineral constituent component of our body is water which is an excellent conductor. All our cells in the body including brain cells, nerve cells, bone cells vibrate at different levels for intercommunication hence they know when to divide by vibration.

Lack of sleep affects one’s productivity, concentration level, thinking ability and a decrease in overall energy level. In the country, many motor crashes are linked to sleep deprivation, and that is one major reason to get proper sleep. You won’t be able to function at the optimal level without a good sleep, hence look for stimulators like caffeine, smoke, drugs, etc. to make you stay alive.
